The Northeast Mississippi RailHub-South site is comprised of 140 acres. Featuring immediate on-site dual rail accessibility, RailHub-South is located in between Norfolk Southern’s mainline railroad and Pioneer Railroad’s shortline.

RailHub-South is proximate to U.S. Highway 72 (divided four-lane highway) and the Kimberly Clark Parkway.

RailHub-South lies approximately 0.7 miles from a TVA 161-kV transmission line with approximately 60 megawatts of excess capacity. The 36′ high capacity water line serving Corinth from its new water treatment facility lies parallel to U.S. Highway 72 just to the south of this site. The new treatment facility will serve RailHub and provides 4 million gallons per day of excess capacity at summer peak uses 6 million gallons per day.

Corinth Gas and Water Department has USACOE Permit in hand to increase capacity to 16.5 million gallons per day from today’s capacity of 10 million gallons per day.
