This site is 1 mile from Highway 25 and 22 miles from Interstate 22 and approximately 35 miles to Tupelo Mississippi. There are 100 acres available for development. This area is zoned as industrial. All utilities are serviced to this area and can be adjusted to meet needs. There is an elevated water tank on site which holds 250,000 gallons. Environmental assessment completed-no findings.
