Yellow Creek Port
Waterway access to the Tennessee River and the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway is available via the Yellow Creek Port (Mile 215 on the Tennessee River, Mile 448 on the TTW). The port is adjacent to the city of Iuka in Tishomingo County and is a Foreign Trade Subzone and a Federal HUBZone.

Steel Processing
The port has a steel processing facility onsite, which, in 2012, will install the world’s largest stretcher-leveler. The port also has a steel processing cluster.

Port of Itawamba
Just 50 miles of the TAP Region is Fulton, Mississippi, the location of the Port of Itawamba (Mile 389 on the TTW). This port is the only inland slip on the Tenn-Tom.

- Burlington North Railroad and short track rail connection
The Port of Itawamba also provides warehousing, cargo handling, and logistical support and services including

Tenn-Tom Barge Facilities
There are three barge facilities along the Tenn-Tom Waterway near the TAP Alliance: Tri-State Commerce Park, Burnsville Industrial Park, and Cooper Marine.
Access to 23 States and Deep Water Ports
The Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway connects the Tombigbee River to the Tennessee River giving access to 23 states in the midwestern and southern United States. It also provides access to deep water ports in the Gulf of Mexico including New Orleans, Panama City, Pensacola, Gulfport, and Pascagoula.
