The largest tract of land that can be leased is 300 . Numerous buildings and pad ready building pads ranging in size from 4000 square feet to 160000 square feet are located on this property. The site is surrounded by Pickwick Lake on 3 sides and has 24 hour security 7 days a week. Additionally there is an on onsite fire engine. Railroad and rail yard.
