New city-owned industrial park with 140 acres. Elevated water tank onsite along with access road, wastewater, and natural gas. Located near the intersection of four-lane highways and the Norfolk-Southern Railroad. Phase 1 environmental, soil borings, and archaeological clearance completed. Sites are also available in another industrial park in Iuka.

Port and barge facilities available within ten miles with crane capacity up to 300 tons. The region is a metal and composites fabrication and transportation equipment cluster. Tishomingo County is a federal HUBZone. Incentives and financing available to qualified companies.
