This is a one-story modern industrial facility with about 104,000 square feet. This includes office space, warehousing space, and manufacturing space. Floors are six-inch reinforced concrete. The roof is 26-gauge corrugated metal with vinyl backed fiberglass insulation with gutters and downspouts. There are 12 exhaust fans along peak of roof. The walls are painted corrugated.
