This 50,000 SF spec building will soon be available in Alcorn County, MS. The publicly owned building is being constructed on a 100,000 SF pad and will be expandable to 300,000 SF. It will sit on a 25-acre site. The building is located in an established industrial park just one mile from two divided, four-lane highway.
